At beyerdynamic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, including all cables, adapters, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the returned electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
